Mothers

I couldn't think of a better way to begin this new journey than to take a moment to acknowledge Mother's Day.   That word "Mother" can mean something slightly different for each of us.  They are those people that either get us started in life; or maybe they come on the scene sometime later.  Most often they are women... but hey, I've encountered some men that are quite good at "mothering".   For me a mother loves and protects.  She really cares.  At times we know it, other times we just feel it... and we learn from that kind of love.  On this day, I hope she knows how much that really means.   This is a day for honoring that Love; for whether they are still with us, or not, there isn't a place on this planet, or any of it's people, that doesn't recognize this very special connection.
